No-Refund Policy

By subscribing to TrailerShopperAI ("TSAI") you understand and agree to the following. This policy is binding from the moment you accept it during checkout, with a record of your acceptance — date, time, IP address, browser, and the policy version above — preserved in our immutable audit log.

1. All fees are non-refundable

Monthly subscription fees, annual subscription fees, custom-plan invoices, and overage charges are not refundable, not prorated, and not returnable for any reason once payment has been authorized — including but not limited to:

2. AI-generated content is consumed at the time of generation

Each AI video, voice clone, music track, caption, and any other AI-generated asset consumes upstream API tokens that we pay third parties at the moment of creation. This is referred to in our billing materials as "AI tokens."

Once an AI asset is generated, the underlying compute cost has been irrevocably incurred and cannot be recovered. AI generations are therefore not refundable for any reason — even if the asset is later deleted, replaced, regenerated, or never used.

3. Social media distribution is a one-way action

Once a video has been distributed to any social platform — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, Reddit, Bluesky, Snapchat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Business, or any additional platform we add — the act of upload is complete, those third-party platforms have transcoded and are independently hosting their own copies, and we cannot reverse the distribution.

Each video's price is fully loaded. Your subscription per-video allowance and any per-video overage charge cover BOTH AI generation AND distribution to every social platform you have connected. There is no separate "distribution fee" — the cost of contacting each platform's upload API, per-platform processing, and our internal queue handling is bundled into the single per-video price.

Distribution events are billable, contribute to consumed video allowance, and are not refundable, regardless of subsequent action by you, the third-party platform, or any audience that engages with the post. This includes the case where a video is distributed to multiple platforms and one or more platforms reject or remove the post — the distribution work was already performed and the upstream cost was already paid.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard at /dashboard/settings or directly through PayPal. Cancellation stops future billing cycles. Cancellation does not refund any prior payments. Any unused video allowance in your then-current billing period is forfeited at the end of that period and does not carry over.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback, dispute, or refund request submitted through PayPal, your bank, or any other payment intermediary, we will supply our complete audit log to the adjudicator. That log includes:

By accepting this policy you acknowledge and agree that AI generation costs and distribution events were billed correctly, consumed at the time recorded in the audit log, and are not recoverable through chargeback or dispute.

6. Free trials, comp accounts, partner pricing

If you were offered a free trial, comp account, or any other discounted or free access, this policy applies in full to any paid period that follows. Conversion from free to paid is irreversible once payment has been authorized.

7. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date and version at the top of this page reflect the current operative version. Material changes require re-acceptance from existing dealers; the prior version remains binding for any acts that occurred before the new version took effect.
