Data deletion request

Your request has been received and recorded under the confirmation code below. We action Meta data-deletion requests automatically as soon as they arrive, and in every case within 30 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Quote this code if you contact us about it.

What gets removed

• The OAuth link between your Facebook account and your TrailerShopperAI account, if you signed in with Facebook.
• The access tokens we hold for any Facebook Page or Instagram account you connected, and the records of those connections.
• The personal information in any message, comment, mention or lead we captured through those connections — the sender's name, contact details, platform user id, and the message text itself. What remains is a de-identified record that an exchange happened, when, and on which platform; it can no longer be linked to an individual.
• Any scheduled post still waiting to publish through those connections is canceled rather than sent.
• We keep that de-identified record, our billing records, and our append-only audit log, which we are required to retain for tax, accounting, and legal-claims purposes. Content published to Facebook or Instagram lives on those platforms and is removed there, from your own account.
• Your TrailerShopperAI account itself stays put if you also signed in with email/password or another OAuth provider — sign in with one of those to access the dashboard.
• To delete your TrailerShopperAI account entirely (including dealer data, videos, billing history), email privacy@trailershopper.ai.
